Kurbot Packages include a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus domain name registration fee and overage charges) if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account.

The 30 day money back guarantee does NOT apply to Domain Name Registration or Web Site Design Services.

FRAUD
Do you suspect fraudulent activity or transactions on your Kurbot account? If so, please contact Kurbot Billing department immediately at 203-774-0098. Our billing specialist will promptly investigate and remedy your claim.

CANCELLATIONS

The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to Domain Name Registration or other services. Domain Name Registration is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it can not be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired.

Sites excluded from money back guarentee

We do not permit the hosting of excessive Anime, Manga, Movies, MP3, Torrents and File Download sites whose "main/primary" purpose is for storage/archival and distribution. Such sites will be removed from kurbot.com & investigations to determine fraud will occur.
